Can you please explain what "have logged 123 caches with church-team" means?

It means that you have to log at least one hundered and twenty three caches with Churchs involvert.

Ah. Unfortunately, this challenge is not publishable under the current Challenge Cache Guidelines:

"Caches about churches" is not a statistic available via Geocaching.com. Furthermore, the guidelines specifically prohibit challenges based on specific lists of caches:
