[Awaiting feedback] Checker sum of average D and T rating

I would need the following checker please:
The sum of the average difficulty and the average terrain ratings of all finds by a cacher should be greater than 4.25.

Hi there -

Please read the guidelines.

This challenge is not acceptable, as it violates rule 14. Positive Challenge Criteria, as it would "punish" you if you found lower rated difficulty and terrain caches. I have seen some reviewers accept challenges were it is an explicit number of your best rated caches (eg. the average D+T of your 100 highest rated finds).

So, it doesn't appear there is a script that checks the average D and T *properly* for your 100 best of both. These two checkers check them individually, and indicate that you have 100 D5 and 100 T5 caches...
