[Cancelled] Checker for GC75W92 - All Active UK webcams

Please can you make me a checker that checks that the person has found all the active United Kingdom webcams at the time of them running the checker?

You'll need to discuss this challenge with your reviewer to find out exactly what criteria they will allow. The challenge cache rules say that the challenges have to be achievable and generally reviewers won't allow specifying 100% of a category of caches in a region, they will also probably expect that past finds count, even if they have been archived.

However there are only 12 webcams in the UK so it is hard to double guess what your reviewer will say. You will probably need to relax the criteria slightly to say that archived finds can be counted towards the quota. E.g if you have found 2 archived caches then you only need to find 10 current active ones (so 12 webcams in total).

OK I'll submit it my local reviewer and get back to you.

Guideline 12 disallows this.

Finding a discrete number in a specified area, e.g. some reasonable number of EarthCaches in France would be publishable.

There is ambiguity there. Finding a percentage isn't allowed (presumably the reasoning is it is unfair as the target number is going to be increasing when new caches get published) but requiring a specific number is allowed. So you can't require 100% of uk webcams but you are allowed to specify requiring 12 UK webcams to be found. Then it depends on whether the reviewer deems all 12 to be reasonable or requires the discrete number to be lower.

What is the situation with this checker/challenge, is the challenge going to be published or can it be cancelled?
