[Resolved] Checker for certain parts of D/T-matrix

I would like to put a D/T challenge in Vienna (GC7HBX0).
To satisfy the validation conditions, you have to have at least one find in certain D/T-combinations (24 combinations=at least 24 finds) in the matrix 81 (difficulty / terrain), namely for :
