[Resolved] Challenge Checker for GC80T86

Hello, I am hoping someone will be able to create a checker for the following criteria;

The challenge is to find a cache on every day of the year, however the cache has to be located within the boundary of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

The cache is not yet published, but its gc code is GC80T86

Thank you both for such a fast turnaround.

I tested them both and they are working. Seeing that I need to exclude leap day, I will just use the one vogelbird provided.


I really appreciate you both for getting this completed so quickly. And thanks vogelbird for pointing out the exclusion of Leap day.
