[Resolved] New checker for cache GC90ATE

I need a new checker for my new challenge cache GC90ATE (not published yet).

To complete this challenge, your challenge is to visit various cache types in Finnish and Åland's municipalities. To fulfill this particular challenge, you need to have found: at least 6 cache types at least in 6 municipality in Finland or Åland.

All cache types count for this challenge but exclude locationless/reverse and Lab caches. Archived caches are accepted as a part of the achievement. There is no date restrictions on the caches that count. Events and Cito's that you have hosted are included also. Owned caches is excluded.
