[Resolved] Challenge Checker Request GC9Y06C 50 US States +1

This challenge requires all 50 states plus DC or one of the following US Territories.

 Puerto Rico--Y
 Guam--Y
 US Virgin Islands--Y
 Northern Mariana Islands--Y
 American Samoa--Y
 Palmyra Atoll--Y
 Wake Island--Y

All of these territories have caches in them as of today.

Locationless and Event caches are not allowed

Can the checker for GC3ATNG or GC3EGR8 be modified to add in the Territories?
