[Resolved] New Checker for GCAFRFG

Greetings! I am working on a series of 50 challenges, one for each of the 50 U.S. states. They mostly all follow the same format "Find ____ in 5 different states," but there are a few variations.

CHALLENGE FOR GCAFRFG - Find 1 cache in 5 different states.

If possible, can the output for the checker look like the following:

I've completed GCAFRFG - ACT #1 - Delaware's Challenge! I've found caches in [X] states of the required 5. My qualifications are as follows:
