[Resolved] question about checker capabilities

I would like to post a challenge for number of finds within 100 miles of the posted cache. Is this possible? If not, could I give the list of counties that would include?

If the latter is possible, are there restrictions on that type of challenge?

It is not alloed to base a challenge on a distance around a cache.
You can only restrict it to counties

Is it possible to do challenges requiring finds between 2 specific counties (or 20, or 100)?

If so, will you please create a challenge checker for GCAHA1V requiring 250 finds between Brown and Nicollet Counties, Minnesota?
