[Awaiting feedback] Most Favorited in Worcester County Ma

Hey I'm creating a challenge cache similar to
https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC3H2M0_whats-your-favorite-massachusetts-challenge. Only difference is I'm trying to make it so you have to find 12 of the 20 most favorited geocaches in Worcester County Massachusetts. Only other logging requirements are disabled/archived caches don't count and if a cache(s) are tied for #20 that they show up to give finders a choice. The only problem is that if #20 and #21 are equal there is no way to incl #21

If correct please give a GCcode to attach to the checker

Then lets stick with 12 out of 20 then. But yes I'm looking for a very similar checker, just limited to Worcester County Ma. the code is GC7DMFF.
