[Resolved] Need a Challenge Checker

I am getting a new Challenge ready to publish and need help with a checker.

Cache: GC7NMX0 (not published)
Qualifications I would like to have:
1) 2,500+ total finds
2) 250+ Unknown caches found
3) 25% or more non-traditional caches in statistics

With condition #3 this challenge will not be published. Today I received a message from CG HQ on this subject which reeds

Condition #1 and #2 without #3 will be publishable

Thank you, I didn't understand that rule when I read it. I'm not trying to prevent anyone from doing anything!

Do you think if I remove #3 the percentage, I could then have these qualifications? The cache goal (title) would be The Well-Rounded Cacher, or something similar.
1) 250 Unknown
2) 150 Virtual
3) 125 EarthCache
4) 100 Multi
5) 75 Letterbox
6) 50 Wherigo
7) 25 Events
