[Resolved] GC7VA3Y - 4 caches of 4 types in 4 countries from 4 owners

I would appreciate a checker with the following requirements:

To satisfy the requirements someone needs to:
- Have found 4 types of caches in at least 4 different countries
- Have found caches from 4 different owners in those 4 different countries in which he found 4 types of caches

Just to verify your request: You need 4 finds in 4 countries and those 4 finds must be different types and different owners? In other words, 4x4 = 16 finds in total?

As far as I understand the rules, you're not allowed to have a challenge based on owner information (negative rule #10: These cache page elements: cache titles, cache owner, GC Codes, publishing Reviewer, or cache page text.)

I believe rule 10 refers to the content of those fields, eg. you may not test for having abc in the owner name. I don't think anything prevents you from specifying that the owners must be different. But then the reviewers might understand it differently.

Yes - I also believe it's up to the local reviewers - however HQ might need to get involved before it's published. It's just meant as a warning that it may be rejected or even archived by HQ (we've seen that in Denmark, where the reviewers said ok but HQ archived a challenge).

The types must be the same in all countries or you can found any 4 types in one country and any 4 types in other country and the the types not need to be the same?

The way I understood it: 4 types in 4 countries, ie. unique 4 types.

What I intended is that you have to find 4 different types of caches (each of them from a different owner) in each of the four countries so as pieterix said someone would need 16 caches to qualify for this challenge.

FYI: cache owner name or placed by name is not used for checking at all.
Instead, owner id number is used to check that owners are different.
Owner id is not in the list of not allowed cache page elements. B)-
