[Resolved] Checker request: GC81ZTY Challenge: Belgien trifft Österreich – 1 cache each in the 9 Austrian states + 11 Belgian "provinces"

For a new challenge (GC81ZTY) I would need a checker which should be fairly simple:
You need to have found one cache each in all 9 Austrian federal states and in all 10 Belgian provinces + Brussels region. These are the level 2 administrative units – "regions/states" – PGC (and Geocaching.com) uses for Austria and Belgium respectively.
