[Awaiting feedback] CHECKER REQUESTED FOR LETTERBOX

Hello,

I need a checker for a new challenge , to validate the challenge you have to :

1. Find a Letterbox cache in at least three different countries.
2. Find at least 100 Letterbox caches in total
3. Find at least 20 Letterbox caches in a single day
4. Find a Letterbox cache in at least 5 counties in France
5. Find a Letterbox cache published in 8 different years
6. Find a Letterbox cache with more than 50 Favourite Points
7. Find a Letterbox cache with a Difficulty or Terrain rating of 4.5* or more.

Is it possible to create a checker like this ?
