[Resolved] Allowed?

I would like to see if this is possible...
I know Groundspeak about a year ago changed the rule on requiring old caches... (i.e. no more jasmer challenges)

I am curious if there could be a sort of point system made so that finding old caches could be very useful to making a challenge and new ones are worth less points...

Example:
2000 caches = 100
2001 caches = 75
2002 caches = 50
2003 caches = 40
2004 caches = 35
2005 caches = 30
2006-2010 caches = 10
2011-2020 caches = 2
2021+ caches = 1

Then say require 2,000 points...

Could this be a possibility?
