[Resolved] Need assistance to establish a new checker GC9M03Y

I need assistance to develop a new checker for my 'yet to be published' Challenge cache. The Challenge is: to have found at least three caches per day for each day in December, January and February, combined, including February 29th, as shown on the "Finds for Each Day of the Year" chart. It is not necessary that they are found in a streak as they may be a cumulative total over the years.

Oops, I am changing my challenge to: Find at least one cache per day for December, January and February, excluding February 29th. The finds may be cumulative over the years as shown on their "Finds for Each Day of the Year" chart, and do not have to be in a consecutive streak.
