Do the attributes have to be found on unique caches, in the words 99 caches

No, multiple attributes can be collected on a single cache

I'd like to know when this challenge gets published. I'd like to clone the checker for a challenge in my area.

I'd also love to know that if the checker was checking for 99 unique caches per attribute IF I would qualify for that. That would be an awesome challenge.
