Checker wrong answer

The checker for my Electoral College Challenge seems to have been working fine until user Monsterblader reported it said he qualified when he did not. I looked at his project-gc profile and it says he has finds in 24 states. The checker script reports finds in 25 states. The problem state is Texas.

I read through the script and didn't spot a problem so my guess is he has some oddity in his Finds data. Any clue?

He has a find on GCCCC7, which is a travelling cache that was archived with a location in Texas. The project-gc stats use an exclusion list of travelling caches, which is why this cache doesn't show up there. Most challenge checkers do not exclude those caches though, which is why that checker says he qualifies.
