Cloned script not showing missing counties

I'm setting up a checker: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCA9GHJ/78261
for 5 finds in each of the 58 California Counties. I cloned a similar one
https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9F8H8/62818
which does 10 caches in 9 counties. When I run it on my account, it lists the 9 counties as missing, which is correct.

When I run the same script (https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCA9GHJ/78261) with a modified tag of 58 counties, region "California", it lists the 48 counties where I have finds but does not list the 10 counties where I'm lacking 5 finds. I tried explicitly listing all 58 counties instead of using region (ala the Minnesota one) but got the same result.

How can I get the counties lacking 5 finds to be listed?

Did you try listing out all 58 counties in the "county" field of the config?

The source code suggests that if that key is set to the expected list of counties, missing ones will be listed.
