Leap day addon

Leap day occurs only once every four years, on February 29th. Because of the rarity of this date, sererval badges have add-ons that reflect this. The affected badges and requirements are as follows:
The Achiever: Find at least one challenge cache on Leap day.
The Adventurous Cacher: Find at least one 5/5 cache on a Leap day.
The All Around Cacher: Fill all 360 sectors with finds on Leap day.
The Ape Cacher: Log at least one Project A.P.E. Cache on Leap day.
The Attribute Cacher: Log geocaches with all 103 attributes on Leap day.
