[Awaiting feedback] New Checker for GC4X924

I have adopted a challenge cache after a fellow cacher and good friend passed away and i am wanting to create a challenge checker for it.

The cache is GC4X924
I am wanting to check the percentages of the cachers found logs within the polygons that way as the caches get placed and archived the values will remain - The qualifying Criteria is that you need 80% of the active (not archived or disabled) caches

I believe it's impossible to create a checker for this. It is possible to get the number of finds in such an area, but there is no call in the API that returns the number of caches in any area. This means there's no way to measure the number of finds against the total number available, so the achieved ratio is impossible to compute.

what would be the best way to set up a checker for this cache that you could suggest ?

The problem is the list of caches in the area. If it's easy to provide a list of CO's for each of those areas, I would be able to code a checker to search for caches by those CO's for each area and then match your finds against those. So maybe this is actually possible. So, easy enough to create a list of CO's for each area? Or even a list of CO's who have a cache in any of those areas? Will then see what I can do.

I've noticed there's a bookmark list in the cache listing. That might be easier to match than a list of polygons. I would suggest you copy that bookmark list so you can maintain it and then I create a checker based on that. Bit more maintenance for you though but maybe not a lot of new caches are placed in those areas?

Edit: I've forgotten that it's impossible to get the archived state of bookmark list entries, so you must either maintain the list as caches are archived, or we need to reconsider the polygon method.
