I need a Checker for our new Cache GC81XAF - CHALLENGE: Kurze Wege.
The goal of this challenge ist it, to have 50 or more Geocaches within distance of under 1 km in the "distance to finds" statistics.

1 km circle from a single center position is not allowed because it is an user-defined mapping polygon.

There is a script which can check that you have 50 caches where distance between any of those 50 caches is 1 km or less. This may be accepted depending on reviewer.

So you have to add 50 caches to check if the distance is accepted?

There are two problems. At first, the checker do not know where the home coordinates are. And secondly, this kind of challenge is not allowed because the 1km radius from the home coordinates is an user defined polygon.

Not allowed: Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). For example, user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.
