Perhaps a checker query in the GC project is possible, in which it is checked whether the user has reached at least the sapphire button on shutterbug?
That would be equivalent to at least 750 photos.

A challenge must be based upon

Photos taken are a log content and can't be use as a challenge criteria.

But if you question our view please ask your local reviewer

The local reviewer will probably "let pass" the challenge idea if there is a checker for it.

But HQ will immediately take the cache off-line again hense Photo's taken is not part of the checker system.
