We would like to have a checker that checks that the user has found at least 27 caches (regardless of type), with unique latitudes and longitudes, within country Sweden. There should be at least one cache for every latitude (N55 – N68) and for every longitude (E11-E23). One cache can only be used for either longitude or latitude. (We have excluded the small, remote areas of Sweden for N69, E10 and E24).

It would be nice if the result included which latitudes/longitudes are missing.

I'm sorry but challenges like this are no longer approved under the current guidelines, what you can do is make, from the 21 regions, 11 groups.

OK, thank you for your answer. We had missed that part of the requirements. Our proposed cache was a combination of geographic area and latitudes/longitudes, the latter part thus not allowed.

There are already challenges for all regions (21) and all counties (290), and our proposed cache was intended as something "in-between" those.
