I find it sad at the time that more and more people cache but the fewest even put out a cache.
Without owner no cacher - no cacher without owner

Groundspeak does not want Challenge caches that require you to hide a cache, because then people will hide poor-quality hides that get archived after 1 week.

And if I add to the conditions that each cache must also have received 10 Favorite points?

and / or to have been found / visited by 20 people ?

Nope, unfortunately, that would still require someone to own a cache.

That is, after all, my wish.
I also came to the idea, because more and more people cache but the fewest also lay out caches. I would like to change that. From the listing, from the location, from the coordinates, from the container, and so on.

Then are also elaborate types: Earth Cache (not easy to place), Cito, and normal events.

I totally understand; I have seen many wanting to publish "hide 1 cache" or "earn 500 favourite points on your owned caches" challenges. I think they would be excellent. I personally have no issue with them.

Unfortunately, the Challenge Cache Guidelines specifically prohibit this, so there's really not much I can do for you.

Guidelines should not be a fixed rule, rules can also be broken.

Thanks but please change the challenge criteria because it violates https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=206#criteria at the moment
