Would it be possible to have a checker made that would check to see if a cacher has reached the 'diamond badge level' in BadgeGen for the 'All Around Cacher' badge ?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, because the Project-GC Challenge Checker system does not have access to users' home locations. (That could be a privacy issue.)

Also, the current Challenge Cache Guidelines state:

Challenge Cache Guidelines - Section 4: Source of Criteria
Challenge cache criteria must come from information broadly available on Geocaching.com such as on the statistics page, cache placement dates, types, attributes, souvenirs, etc.

Badges are a feature of Project-GC and are therefore not usually considered "information broadly available on Geocaching.com".

I was just hoping for a checker to check for the diamond badge, not to check cacher stats. Just a yes or no as to if they had the diamond badge or not. I just thought maybe this may be ok since there are jasmer challenges that the information for them are not on Geocaching.com either. Thank you Hugh for your answer.
