I would like to know if it is possible to run a challenge query to see if a user 1x meets the 360° around their home coordinate.

This query can be found under: https://project-gc.com/Tools/360home

Since this can only be queried individually via Project-GC, I wonder if this would be a valid challenge.

For privacy reasons, the Challenge checker system does not have access to user home coordinates.

Even if you fixed the origin to be the same for everyone (ie. the posted coordinates of the cache), I suspect that your local Community Volunteer Reviewer would still deny it, citing this guideline:
