The cache IS at the posted coordinates, but in order to log a find you will need to qualify. To qualify you will need to do the following.

Within ONE DAY, that is from midnight until 11:59 p.m. you will need to achieve AT LEAST 500 POINTS.

Traditional and Letterbox Caches 5 points each.

Multi, Unknown, Earth, and Virtual caches 10 points each. (other caches do NOT count)

Also, the Difficulty and Terrain will count. Add the difficulty and the terrain and multiply the cache.

Example: A Traditional Cache with a D/T of 2.0 and 3.0 would be 5 times 5 or 25 points.

Example: An unknown cache with a D/T of 1.5 and 3.5 would be 5 times 10 or 50 points.

Sadly, this challenge goes against the geocaching challenge cache rules:

The challenge you've mentioned is an old, grandfathered challenge from the year 2015 - before the challenge cache rules have been implemented.
