I need a "dozen" checker for the 366 matrix ( including 29 feb. ). At least 12 geocaches should have been found ( logged ) on each day.

As I understand your challenge criteria well enough the task is "Find 12 physical caches on each day of the found calendar". However this criteria is not allowed.

No, that's a misunderstanding.
Not 12 caches every day, that doesn't have to be the case.
There should only be a total of at least 12 finds entered in the matrix on each day of the 366 days. It doesn't matter when and how the 12 finds were made.

It is not allowed to ask for "12 finds entered in the matrix on each day"

Please look at "Requiring more than one find on any day or calendar date, even if cumulative." in the Hiding guidelines
