All the previous challenge checkers I have requested were for already-existing caches. This is for a new one. Since I need have to have a checker in order to have the cache approved, I assume that you can create a checker before I submit the cache to be approved.

This challenge is to find at least 2 caches in each of the 8 states that begin with M, for a total of 16 caches. As a very small concession, you can substitute the Canadian province beginning with M, i.e. Manitoba, for 1 state if you found 2 caches in Manitoba AND/OR you can substitute Mexico for 1 state if you found 2 caches in Mexico.

It could be that I am reading it wrong, but there needs to be 4 variables:
8 states (2 in each)
7 states & 1 province (2 in each)
7 states & 1 country (2 in each) or
6 states, 1 province & 1 country (2 in each)

In this case if you have 8 lines it is always one of the options

Both of our checkers look for at least 8 of the 10 possible qualifying areas.
