The other option we were thinking about is finding 3 caches with +1000, +2500 and +4000 tags in one day.

No that is also against the guidelines please read those

You could do "find three caches with >1000, >2500 and >4000 favorite points" - just not in one day. For example I found those three caches in your original request, but on three different days. (I was "second to find" on the Geocaching HQ cache!)

So, because you cannot require finding a specific list of caches, the finder could also find three highly favorite caches in Berlin or Prague. There does not appear to be three qualifying caches in Spain, so another issue is whether a sufficient number of local geocachers are qualified or close to qualifying.

Is this "close to qualifying" now official definition because I have seen this more than once recently. I believe my local reviewers would not allow a challenge which is only close to qualifying for many.

I've read it and now I think this could be a Challenge that fits with Guidelines:

"In order to achieve this challenge, you have to find four geocaches, with +8000 favs, +4000 favs, +3000 favs and +2000 favs in, at least, two different countries".

Yes, I also think that it is fitting the guidelines but there is a new script required.

Maybe arisoft can think of a way to make this

With the Challenge I mean for example: Two geocaches (+2000 & +8000) in one country and the other two (+4000 & +3000) in another country. Not 4 in each country.
