Re: GC8NQV8 An Iowa Counties Challenge- Level 2

I request a checker similar to GC718FP An Iowa Counties Challenge, but only three levels of requirements.
The three levels are:
1) Find and log at least 200 caches in 5 different Iowa Counties (not just four counties as in GC718FP).
2) Find and log at least 100 caches in 10 different Iowa Counties (not just eight counties as in GC718FP).
3) Find and log at least 50 caches in 20 different Iowa Counties (not just twelve counties as in GC718FP).

The five counties of 200 finds count towards the 10 different Iowa counties with at least 100 finds.

The ten counties of 100 finds count towards the 20 different Iowa counties with at least 50 finds.

All cache types are counted. All years accumulate to qualify.

I qualify for this challenge, having reached 50 finds in my twentieth Iowa county today.

Could the logic in this challenge be reviewed? I found the profile of a geocacher who only qualifies on one of the conditions, not all three. Yet the top of the checker page says "SuperGoober fulfills challenge". All three conditions must be met.

Adjusted, please test again
