[Resolved] Improve GC8ZR1M - exclude locationless and moving caches

Please improve the existing checker on GC8ZR1M / 54851 by excluding all locationless cache types and moving caches. This challenge requires finds in 30 countries so locationless and moving caches will give a potentially incorrect result.

I’ve tested this and it works well - it picked up the exception in my stats and is good for all the others I’ve tested.
