Could a challenge be made that requires finding an event in X number of states that you did not place? So you have to find events placed by someone other than yourself?

This is a difficult subject on events
In principal if a cacher organized an event it would not count unless he writes an attend log because the checker counts attend logs.
In this hides the difficulty.
1. Events can be organized by a team whereby one cacher is the representative of a team of cachers and they all write an attend log.
2. In other instances there is a team name created and all write an attend log
3. There are also cachers who have created a special owner name for monthly or yearly returning events and the organizer is also logging this event

It seems only fair to stick with the principle if a cacher logs an attend he should count so everybody is treated the same and awarded for this
