For my challenge GC9PYCH i need a checker for physical caches found in monarchies.

The cacher has to accumulate 5 points to fullfill the challenge.

2 Points for founds in:
Japan

1 Point for founds in each of the following monarchies:
Antigua and Barbuda
Australia
Bahamas
Bahrain
Barbados (only Caches found before 31/10/2021)
Belgium
Belize
Bhutan
Cambodia
Canada
Denmark
Eswatini
Grenada
Jamaica
Jordan
Netherlands
Lesotho
Malaysia
Morocco
New Zealand
Norway
Papua New Guinea
Solomon Islands
Saudi Arabia
Sweden
Spain
St. Kitts and Nevis
St. Lucia

0.5 Points for founds in each of the following monarchies

Doesn't this restrict a group of cachers?
New cachers can't claim a find in Barbados before 31/10/2021

"maxHiddenDate": "2021-10-31"

According to Challenge rule 8. Attainable
Not Acceptable - Requiring caches to be found in earlier years, as it is not attainable by someone new to the game.

"maxVisitDate": "2021-10-31" MEANS it is not attainable by someone new to the game.
A person finding a cache in Barbados on 2021-10-30 would receive 1 point toward the total of the Challenge.
A new person finding the same cache on 2022-10-30 would receive 0 points toward the total of the Challenge, since it was found after the "maxVisitDate".

All new finds in Barbados are dis allowed because the find is after the Max Date. Throw Barbados out of the Challenge.

Yes I understand all this but what do you mean by asking "(only Caches found before 31/10/2021)"

Then just throw out Barbados... man oh man...

At the top of this request, Capsia asks for caches in Monarchies.
he has Barbados on the list as
"Barbados (only Caches found before 31/10/2021)"
If you go to Barbados, he is requiring past finds and not allowing new finds on the same cache.
