[Resolved] Checker Requested

For Challenge Cache GC9WTD1
Please write a checker that will check to see that a cacher has the following items:

Has found and logged at least 40 Large-sized caches (Example 1)
Has discovered or moved 40 Trackables (Example 2)
Has a combination of Trackables and Larges that equal 40 (Example 3)

Example 1: A cacher found 40 Large caches
Example 2: A cacher discovered or moved 40 trackables
Example 3: A cacher has found at least X Larges AND discovered or moved X trackables.
ANY COMBINATION OF TRACKABLES AND LARGES IS GOOD SO LONG AS THE TOTAL EQUALS 40.

I am sorry but there are two parts in the challenge criteria which are not allowed

1) Trackables

I changed the requirements for this challenge.

Requirements: Cachers must find at least 40 unknown/mystery caches in at least three states in the U.S.

I would like a checker written like the one like in GC9ZA4, except only 40 caches are needed to meet the requirement.

I wouldn't mind cachers using caches found in different countries, but I don't know if you can write a solver for states and countries. If you can, and you write it, please let me know, so I can add that to my cache page.

It is possible to use states and countries

I think that I'll just leave it with 3 states. In AZ, we are close to NV and to NM, so it should be easy for people to get caches there.
