[Resolved] 15 U. S. State Capitals

I would like a checker for GCA4TQM

The challenge is to find counties that contain the U.S. state capital for 15 states. Washington D.C. counts.
I currently have a checker for 25 states that was produced for me by Hügh. If it could be modified to check for only 15 counties (New challenge) I would appreciate it.

The requirements, as written in the challenge, are as follows:
The Challenge: Find a cache (any icon will do) in each of 15 counties where the state capital is located.

I forgot to add the following:
Caches that should be excluded are: Adventure Labs, locationless, and traveling caches
