There are three existing challenge caches that have the same requirements

GC4461G Obnoxious Challenge
GC4MPR9 Obnoxious Portland Challenge
GC5M4PK An Obnoxious Challenge (UK)

The requirements are to have found 7 caches where:
Spell "OBNOXIOUS" with first letter (no replications - OBNXIUS) - not starting with symbols or numbers
7 different cache types (icons)
7 different years
7 different cache owners
7 different counties
7 different days of the week

I hope this is possible.

Unfortunately this challenge isn't publishable due to rule 10 of challenges (since the moratorium ended):
Challenges based on words or letters. Examples: use the first letter of regions of found caches to spell a word, find caches with attributes that begin with a certain letter, find caches in counties with the same name.

This probably is not the news you want to hear, but not all is lost. If you can re-design the challenge to be obnoxious as all get up, but not requiring anything be spelled (such as the first letter of finds), then you're in business.
One example would be to pick a certain attribute that has to be at each of those list of 7 criteria. Or perhaps an obnoxiously rare Difficulty/Terrain rating at each of those list of 7 criteria...

Oh I feel silly. What an embarassing mistake on my part. I foolishly thought you wanted to make a fourth challenge that was similar to those ones.

YES, we totally should get a checker made for those existing challenges. I cannot build them unfortunately, but someone will see this who can. Sorry for getting things muddled up.
