Would anyone be interested in helping me building a challenge checker on:

having found a minimum of one cache published each month since May 2000

I belive this requirement may be too stringent for Groundspeak to accept so any checker that gets close enough to fullfilling the Jasmer matrix that Groundspeak would accept would suffice

The GC-code of the cache is: GCAD8P2

Likely using publication date would get denied, since:

Restricting finds to caches published prior to a particular date.
