I rarely review for descriptive issues, but in your third option you state, "2222 geocaches not in the county or region where most of your finds are located." This is confusing because county and region are not synonymous. In Project GC / challenge checker terms, region = state. In essense, you are asking for 2222 geocaches not in the county or state ... which then conflicts with your second option. The checker for this cache is only checking for counties for the third option. It is checking for regions for the second option.

Please rewrite the checker. Thanks

That's the way the checker was set up in the first place. Sorry, I'd assumed excluding the region from the third condition would be superfluous, because it would be captured by the second condition. I think the newer wording is clearer, though.
