Would like a Challenge Checker for GC3R6WQ please

Challenge request :

On the same day :
- Find at least one cache in the Canadian province of Québec (Region = "Québec")
and :
- Find at least one cache in 3 different US states, excluding "District of Columbia"

In the results, I would like the date (same date for all caches found), Province (Québec) + States (Any 3), GC Codes and Cache Names.

BTW, also exclude Locationless (Reverse) Caches.

I suspect that your local Community Volunteer Reviewer will deny this Challenge on review, citing this guideline:

NOT ACCEPTABLE
Time-limited caching: as in some number of finds per day, week, month, or year. Examples: Busy Day, 50 finds in a day, 500 finds in a month, etc.

Accordingly, I would ask that you discuss with your local Community Volunteer Reviewer before we proceed with the creation of a Challenge Checker for your cache.

This is an old challenge published in July 2012 that never had a Challenge Checker.

I didn't know this script where the conditions are coded in English language.

Small correction to make on the "Canada" line:
find a cache where country == 'Canada' and region == 'Québec' and ... etc.

Also, as the cache is in French in a French-speaking province, I would write the "if fail output" sentence in French:
Désolé, vous n'avez pas encore relevé ce défi. Les résultats affichés sont donc ceux des vos derniers jours, pas ceux du défi.

I made some alterations
- Instaed of mentioning all the Canadian provinces I just excluded caches without a province. Only one cache is needed so always one region is mention.
- Your text in french is added

The particularity of this challenge is that the Canadian cache must be found in the province of Québec, not in other provinces.

But by testing your checker, I got results in other provinces like Ontario.

In order to reduce our message exchanges, I copied your code and created a new checker with which I did several tests:

Also, I made a small change in the "if fail output" sentence.

The results are now 100% OK.

What would be the next step?

Do you you prefer to delete your checker and I will keep mine or do you prefer to copy/paste my code in your checker?
