It's technically possible, yes.

Your reviewer may refuse to publish it though, since you need to find 3/7 caches that would qualify you in the world, which isn't a lot of available qualifiers (see guideline 4. Source of Criteria - "Challenge cache owners must demonstrate that there are plenty of qualifying caches to meet the challenge at the time of publication.").

But, every reviewer is different - you might want to confirm with them first if they will actually publish such a challenge.

There was a bug with querying the oldest cache in multiple countries (which is how the continents are implemented) with my script, which I've fixed now. This checker should verify whether you've found the oldest active cache in 3 of the 7 continents:
