Is there a script that supports a progressive verification of minimum number of finds per year, increasing by 1, in perpetuity?

Example:

1 find in 2000
2 finds in 2001
3 finds in 2002, and so on.

I don't know if there's a script that'll do exactly this. But, if you're willing to accept "in perpetuity" = "until 2049", you can use:

Ah, no script that I know of does that (except perhaps the Jasmer scripts, that usually allow "end today").
