@Flash and Grubbly, Just a FYI, you can turn of the corrected coordinates on the map. Click the G-icon in the left menu and click on the green checkmark to move the cache icons to the posted coordinates. :)by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
English is not my first language so I might have sounded harsher than intended. But I genuinely do not understand why you are questioning volunteers that tell you that this is not allowed or possible. The facts are: Challenge checkers doesn't have access to the home coordinates. Grandfathered 360 challenges have "checkers" outside of the normal checker system. A Challenge mby Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
What do you mean with "they're declining to escalate it"? You are free to email HQ with this yourself, just use the form at https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=request to do so. You will get the answer that this is not allowed under the current guidelines but at least you are wasting the time of people that get paid to answer instead of volunteers. :) It makes no senseby Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Not having a checker is against the guidelines. The whole challenge idea is against the guidelines. If you don't believe the volunteers in the PGC-forums you can email HQ about it but this challenge will not happen. Are you asking to get a checker made for a challenge you are looking to publish or do you just want a checker to see if you fulfill the requirements? I read this as you just want to know how you are doing? In that case I suggest the "Needed found dates-tool" that does this for you without having volunteers spend time on it: https://project-gc.com/Tools/NeededFoundDatesby Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
It takes some extra time and effort to create a challenge cache, there are many things to consider in the challenge cache guidelines. I'm sure you can make a great challenge even if this one was not allowed, just take some time and do the research, double-check anything that is unclear in https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=206 here in the forums and/oby Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)

Unfortunately this is not allowed according to the current guidelines. Please read section 10. The challenge attribute is only available for caches that are "unknown"/mystery/puzzle-type. If the icon is not the blue questionmark you can not add the challenge-attribute because it can not be a challenge. I upvoted this without a second thought. But then again I have upvoted the "bonus challenge caches" (i.e. "log a challenge cache with each weekday-name in the title" or whatever the one discussed here in the forums was) that many have downvoted too, because with a black and white viewpoint they are clearly challenges and so is this one, even if most of the challenge probably iby Pleu - Challenge checker exceptions

I suggest that you read the guidelines more closely since this is not an allowed criteria under 9. These are against the guidelines and should not be published: GC9327Q - Wherigo GC9327K - Earth cache GC9327G - Event Cache (All event types count) GC9327C - Letterbox GC93279 - Virtual A couple of the D/T ones is probably not allowed due to there not being enough caches. For your own personal goals Project-GC already have tools available for you to work on these kinds of things. 3by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)

@Deepdiggingmole If it was a challenge when they logged it, it should be in their list of logged challenges so I still don't see why that's a problem. @Deepdiggingmole My opinion is "a challenge is a challenge is a challenge". Even if it shouldn't have been published because it doesn't follow the current guidelines it is still a challenge. I don't think a downvote solves the problem there. IMHO a NA-log explaining why you feel it's against the guidelines so that a reviewer can take a look would be better. I'm sorry if I sounded harsh, I didn't intend that but it happens some times since I'm not a native-speaker of english and sometimes misses some nuances in wording etc because of this. I was frustrated with the old list where I felt that there was a lot of downvotes on challenges that might have sucked or not followed the current guidelines but it was still very clear to me thaby Pleu - Challenge checker exceptions
My opinion is that the Challenge exceptions should be based on if the cache is a challenge or not. Not the quality of the challenge, not if it's the COs "solution" to a problem or anything like that. The question is "Is this a challenge?" not "Is this a good challenge?" or "Is this a challenge according to current guidelines?" or anything like that.by Pleu - Challenge checker exceptions
I read this one as a bit of a gray area, but it's possible that I misunderstood something due to not beeing that good at german. :) I read it as an ALR to list your top ten favorite caches, so it's an ALR but it's not a challenge in my mind. I think somebody that is a native-speaker could probably sort this one out pretty quickly.by Pleu - Challenge checker exceptions
