My understanding that the interpretation vogelbird is citing comes from an interpretation of the "Challenge cache criteria must be based upon the type of log, not on the log content." You may or may not like the interpretation, but for the team writing checkers, we try not to write checkers we expect will be rejected. If the reviewer posts they will approve the challenge once the cheby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Just to make sure I understand, Pick an 80 day window. (still not sure how to handle leap years) Find some number of days less than 80 where sum of distances is greater than the 40k number above. Distance is defined as distance to a found cache in a country from the home point above on that date. Cannot reuse a country in that 80 day window. Before worrying too much about the implementaby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Just thinking more aloud, doing the 80 days in a year sounds easier to implement. the 80 "consecutive" days have an issue around leap years. Do they need to do a Feb 29 or not for Feb 28 and Mar 1 to be connected? Probably easier to just grab the 80 longest days.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Forgive me for not completely understanding your vision. My intial read is : Any number of caches, over a period of 80 consecutive month, day pairs of the 366 with the distance between them being one trip around the world. Have you given any thought as to how distances would combine if say someone had caches on May 1, 2010, and May 1, 2011? Or are you saying use only one each day monthby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
So at one point I made a custom version of the script that would close them automatically if they were unclosed. We can experiment with that.by sloth96 - Miscellaneous
Interesting. Sumbloke are you going to close the polygons or should I work on that?by sloth96 - Miscellaneous
Please forgive my confusion. There seem to be two lines you are referring to. "polyset": "Delorme_TX", "region": "Texas", Both of those were defined by the system. The Delorme_TX polyset was not created by me. The region I believe is part of the project-gc metadata filter.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I did not create the county boundaries. They seemed to be provided by the infrastructure as did the delorme polygons.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Text is changed to be more inline with reviewer request. Also grammar and spelling is now better. Archived caches older than the current oldest are included as reviewers have insisted on this under the "past finds count" rule.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hiwdy. Can you provide a test case of the result you dont like and what the correct result would be? Thanksby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I will get something up this weekend.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Pommieparkin2 We need a gc code for your cache. Otherwise we would like to remove this from our queue. Cheers.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Yes this should be fine. When you have a cache ready please submit a request.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
This should be fixed now.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

Howdy, You appear to qualify, I need to clean up the script some. (https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=ratnig) has used (https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC6K5EQ/26080 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did. +1.0 1.0 GCHPW4 BambergCamera Webcam Cache 2011-07-29 +1.0 1.5 GCE177 Altmark Cache Virtual Cache 2015-04-11 +1.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

Sorry We do not have access to the old logs in the pgc checker api. Some have used the pgc definition of lonliness.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Howdy These contiguous challenges have been on hold pending guidance from groundspeak. We can add you to the queue.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
When the challenge gets published. Project gc will fill the cache name in. Thats why we need the gccode.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
It is easier if you provide a link to the checker.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I believe you are right and this was explained in the recent guideline modifications.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
