Is this really something people would want? This would mean CO can't validate your qualifications in the checker and you would have to prove your qualifications in the log. Even doing so CO might delete the log when they can't confirm with the checker.by Pleu - Miscellaneous
It's a radius. You log one cache and then have to log an other cache outside of the specified radius. The easiest way to get an answer from Geocaching HQ is to make an appeal, but you'd need a relevant challenge for this or let the CO do it. You could try asking the appeals-team a general question based on "need to know due to beeing a script writer". "Chain challengesby Pleu - Miscellaneous
I believe that the reason that this old pre-moratorium challenge does not have a checker is because the list of allowed qualifiers is to long to fit in to the limited space of a tag in the checker system.by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
I don't think this is a valid GCcode. Currently we're at GCA****, caches starting with GCJ is a long time in the future.by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
It's possible to use the top lists for this too. First you use the Top Elevation (https://project-gc.com/Statistics/TopElevation) to make a virtual GPS of caches that are high enough and then you use the virtual GPS as the filter on Top Finders (https://project-gc.com/Statistics/Top). This will give you a top list of the need requirement, everybody with over 50 on the top list fulfills tby Pleu - Miscellaneous
You're just punishing your local community by removing your already published challenges, Geocaching HQ don't get punished by that. It's definitely still possible to be creative, it's just harder and requires that you actually read the guidelines and work within them.by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
The issue is that the challenge checker only checks for physical caches and for Macon County you do not have any physical finds since your only find is GCGMJY. Since the cache page says "Only physical caches with logbooks count as finds for the Challenge; event, locationless, virtual, and web cam caches will not count toward the Challenge." I see no reason to change the checker becaby Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
An easy way to check number of caches in a county like this is to use the MapCompare, just use your own name and show both ”one found” and ”none found” to show all caches. https://project-gc.com/Tools/MapCompare (I’m thinking there’s a benefit that you learn to do it yourself so that you know how to check for future challenges. :) )by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
This sounds like a challenge checker with a map component, this is not a standard tool on Project-GC but might exist for a very old challenge (pre 2016).by Pleu - Miscellaneous
Yes it's possible but if you've already cloned a checker with the requirements you want that seems like unnecessary extra work.by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The name is added when your challenge is published. The comment shows it's a clone and should not be edited.by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I don't think you understand my point or my example here. It was published as a challenge, it was a challenge when people logged it, it should be in the challenge-tab. The instructions from Project-GC is to not make a judgement about if the cache follows the challenge guidelines or not, only if it's a challenge or not. You're clearly making a judgement about if it follows the guideby Pleu - Challenge checker exceptions
The voting should be based on if it's a challenge or not. Your example has a task so it's a challenge. My opinion is that Project-GC should report the actual stats, not try to "cover up" things that shouldn't have been published. If you've logged a traditional that shouldn't have been published and is later archived it's still a cache you've loggedby Pleu - Challenge checker exceptions

It doesn't really matter if it's possible or not because what you're describing is ratio-caching and it's not allowed. Quote14. @Deepdiggingmole I could have phrased that better. What I meant is that it isn't much of a discussion because the "other side" has no valid arguments. The downvote would be from the person that added the cache to the list and as I see it this must be either a) a misunderstanding of the point of the list, b) a misunderstanding of the cache or c) abuse of the list. A mystery for a padlock is allowed and does not disqualify this from being a challenge. It has a "challenge" people need to fulfill in logging a cache in Egypt, there shouldn't be any discussion because it's obvious this is a challenge cache.by Pleu - Challenge checker exceptions
If you write to the scriptwriter I suggest including this link since it's likely that this is the issue with the script: https://project-gc.com/forum/read?6,61592,61592#msg-61592by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

The error is in the tag, the person to contact would be the person that made the tag but this is a clone so it's not likely the person that tagged it can correct it. I would suggest contacting the CO of the challenge you want to log and ask them to request a corrected checker here in the forums.by Pleu - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Like sumbloke says the script ends if it finds a match. You might qualify for the challenge, you might not. My suggested fix is to add more attributes to some of the slots that have few options, it increases the chance that you qualify and that the script will be able to find a solution for you before it runs out of time. For example the only attribute you have for D3/T5 is "Needs maintenaby Pleu - Miscellaneous
